Baba Moudou Baqui M. Ed. has been a student of entheogens for two decades as a cultivator, researcher, and advocate. With a particular focus on penetrating the "block" and the so called hard to reach of inner city Detroit offering the red pill approach to alcoholism, depression, and poverty induced limitations. Under the tutelage of "Ahati" (Grandmaster) Kilyndi Iyi, he studied African combative martial arts and culture. He was exposed to knowledge and application, cultivation, and cultural history of entheogenic plants. He has further continued his studies of ancient human history, metacognition, and entheogens via travel on several continents. He has been a returning speaker at Breaking convention and several other platforms throughout the U.K., Germany, Turkey, Africa, and the Americas. His current focus is utilizing the Psychedelic experience as a therapeutic tool for addiction and depression and educating the public on the major benefits of these substances. Moudou also operates as an educational consultant, life coach, and food/land justice advocate.

Moudou Baqui
Baba Moudou Baqui (Moo-doo Bah-key) is a lifelong citizen of Highland Park, Michigan a small Burrough in the center of Detroit. He has been a student in the origins of human consciousness since an early age.
Moudou is a third generation metaphysician. His introduction to the esoteric came from his father, former Grand Master of a local chapter of an international mystical order (following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who began his studies in the early 1900's).
Moudou's early studies came from rare mystical texts from his father's library. At his father's urging, he continued his studies of ancient knowledge without the formality of known institutions. He has further continued his studies of shamanism, metaphysics and entheogens via travel on several continents and tutelage under different intellectual traditions.
Among his teachers, he credits Ahati Kilindi Iyi as a key figure in his knowledge of ethnobotany and the martial sciences. He is an activist, Certified Level II Reiki healer, martial artist, urban gardener, shaman, behavioral specialist and educator. Moudou Baqui served as the spokesperson and a principle organizer of the 2021 Decriminalization of Entheogens in Detroit known as PropE.
He has further continued his studies of ancient human history, metacognition and entheogens via travel on several continents. He has been a return speaker at Breaking convention and several other platforms throughout the U.K. , Germany, Turkey, Africa and the Americas. Moudou also operates as a cultivation educator, psychedelic sitter/teacher/ guide.
He currently sits on the State of Michigan and National Decriminalize Nature Board member. He currently facilitates Psychedelic therapy training to mental health specialists, therapists, and counselors via a 10 week intensive training course.
